Future Leaders Campaign

One of the programs our delegates are most passionate about is our Future Leaders Campaign.  Every year many adult volunteers and high school leaders sign up to support Y&G and raise funds to make sure any interested teen who wants to participate can access our programs.

Youth in Action

After our delegates donated and assembled thousands of hygiene and winter warmth items to the El Camino Homeless Shelter (ECHO) in November, our Youth Board members and Delegate Advisory Committee members will continue our Youth in Action social initiative, partnering with the Rancho Cordova Community Food Hub (formerly Rancho Cordova Food Locker).

Delegates will donate healthy snack items and participate in focus groups to help the RCCFH to better serve the youth of Sacramento.

23rd Model United Nations (MUN)

Our 23rd Model United Nations program kicks off this month in Northern and Southern California for middle school students.

Youth Ambassadors will model real UN Organs like the Economic and Social Council and the General Assembly.  With a focus on Sustainable Development Goals, we can’t wait to see how our middle school Ambassadors will improve the world.
